Community Events
LRH Hosts 3rd Annual Food Drive
Littleton Regional Hospital is hosting its 3rd Annual Food Drive. All local food pantries will benefit from the generous donations from LRH staff, volunteers and visitors to Littleton Regional Hospital. Community members are welcome to drop off food items for those in need. Donation boxes will be located throughout LRH on January 15th and food items can be dropped off at any entrance to LRH. Healthy food items and non-perishable items are needed. The hospital's facilities team will make weekly trips delivering all of the donated items to local food pantries with the final drop off on February 15th. For more information: 603-444-9304.

Saturdays are Family Fun Days in the 100 Acre Wood!
Location: 100 Acre Wood, 41 Observatory Way, Intervale, NH (directly across from Town Hall Road)
EVERY SATURDAY~ 10:30 a.m. Family Outdoor Activities on the Trails in the Wood followed by Indoor Entertainment in the "Theater in the Wood" from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Donation: $10 Adults; $6 Juniors (4-12); 3 & under FREE! (includes all activities plus day pass to the ski & snowshoe trails). Indoor Entertainment ONLY: $5 Adults; $3 Juniors; 3 & under FREE!
Be sure to check out the newly opened TRAILS IN THE WOOD. 7-8 K of groomed ski & snowshoe trails in the unique 100 Acre Wood. Open Daily from 9am - 4pm. Daily and Season passes available. Songwriters - Join Us at Our Monthly Meeting
The Northern VT/NH Chap. of the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) meets the third Thursday of each month at Catamount Arts in St. Johnsbury at 6:45 p.m. The NSAI helps songwriters improve songwriting skills, learn the industry, evaluate songs and nextwork on a regular basis. Gentle Yoga - A Unique Class for All Ages
The Littleton Area Senior Center and Wellness At Work present a unique yoga class designed for all ages that can be done seated in a chair or from a traditional standing pose.

Heart Health Education Day
10:30 am until 2:00 pm, H. Taylor Caswell, Jr. Physicians' Office Building in Conference Rooms 1 and 2. In honor of Heart Month and Cardiac Rehabilitation Week. Hosted by: Littleton Regional Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Services. To learn more about achieving heart health through lifestyle change please attend this special day. Topics covered will include heart failure, eating for heart health, Heart Healthy Exercise, Medications, and Eating Out yet Eating Well, Stress Reduction and much more. We will break twice to enjoy light heart healthy refreshments. Heart healthy recipes and educational handouts will be available at no cost.
